How did you code the car, via FDL coding or via VO coding? I would try VO coding the vehicle and then recode the applicable modules. Should be as simple as adding ZPK to the VO and then base coding the NBT-HU, TRSVC, PMA, EPS, BDC, and SAS module.

Not sure you will get it to auto Park without adding the console button though.

Lastly, the control module for PDC is a different part number than for a car with PMA, you will probably have to replace that as well.

I try following:

connect-read fa- activate fa -reac ecu (read svt dont work) coding - done. - read coding data - edit fdl (i try all combinations for camera.) but the camera dont work...

Did I something wrong?

p.s. i would change the pma unit at last. The rear camera is now important for me.

Possibly. VO coding will make all the necessary FDL changes, assuming you correctly insert the new FA value. For the i3 it should be adding the code ZPK and coding the modules I listed above, if equipped. My concern is that ZPK is also looking for a park assist button, front, and side PDC sensors to enable the auto Park feature. Might mess with it if those are not there.

hello!
I try to add word Zpk to fa/sapa element

It displays:not all elements of FA found in the Fa2fp: salpa ZPK

After that i try to code the units you listed. I have only these: acsm2,ae,body,bdc-gw,bkombi,dsc2,edme,eps,gws,hu-nbt,ihka3,lim,pma2,sme2,tbx,tcb,ucx.

Hmm... Never seen anyone tinker with that yet. None of your VO changes should have affected that, were you making FDL changes in the DME/EME/EDME?

All the i3s come with the same 12V battery, so the VO changes wouldn't affect it.

Where did you locate that value, and what was the string name that you want checked?

Sorry it took so long, got this checked today. Mine do say 20AH in the BDC FDL that you posted. Do you need all 4 of those? I can grab a pic.

Actually, neither. Werte values are in Hexadecimal format, which means that 64 is not actually 64. If you convert it to decimal, it is 100. 50 in hex is 80 in decimal.

What this means to the car however, I do not know for certain. If you want my best guess, I would say this is the determinant for what level to maintain the 12V battery at(in terms of percent). Most BMWs maintain the battery between 65-80% state of charge so they can force a little extra juice into it during braking, allows them to recover a tiny bit of the energy and improve fuel economy(again, a tiny bit). On the i3 there is no need for that, so the operating range for the 12V battery could be bumped up to full capacity, or 80-100%.

Again, the idea of SoC limits is jus speculation.

Something is wrong. But i dont know what. After a trip , the 12v battery is charging and is hot. Produces much gas , like overcharged. I have measured from 14,5 to 14,0 Volt. It is normal?

My i3 sits around 14.3 after trips, 14.8 on startup. So that seems normal. Possible you have a faulty cell inside the battery causing it to overdraw and gas out.
