M5 E60 lag between gears

Hello first of all sorry for my english im from Czech republic. So i have a question is this lag ( delay ) between gears normal or something is wrong heres video. Thank you

You could change how quickly the gear changes by hitting the button by gear shifter

If its in the automatic mode it'll be a massive difference from manually doing it.

One thing I learned going from the e92 m3, to the e60 M5 and not having a good experience treating the SMG like an auto rather than a manual.

Fast forward to buying an STi and learning manual and now owning a V10 R8 with R-Tronic as of last week, treating it like a manual with a bit of lift and shift and always in manual mode, is a MUCH better experience than when I had my E60

Play around with manual mode, and lifting abit to shift and making sure the settings are on max.

It looks like he is in the manual mode because doesn't it show an A displayed on the gauge set? It does seem rather slow if your lifting at the end it could cause the computer to trick up I think well for full speed shifting.
