Check engine light and error codes

First off I have a 1999 M3 manual.
I need to pass emissions but my check engine light is on. I just got the codes checked which are P1250, P0173, P0455.
Can anyone help tell me what these mean? (Especially the P1250 since I can't find any information about that)

Just did a quick web search and found a couple of posts relating "fuel pressure regulater."

Also found a post indicating p1250 is invalid code for 323/328.
Are you using a generic code reader?
