I dont know for sure, but you would probably want to extend your lease by a couple of months (or more) to cover the time period you are looking at. My guess is, if you dont turn in and roll back into another lease, you will pay the lease fee.

you would want to check with BMW FS to be sure though... nothing you read here will be binding on BMW FS.

BMWFS often will agree to lease extensions of 3 months or more as long as you have a production number.

If you decide to turn in your vehicle at the time of maturity, you will receive a final bill from BMWFS that includes the $350. You can seek a waiver (or refund, if you pay it) once you have a new Lease/Retail contract with FS in place on the new car.

Be sure to be in touch with FS at the end of your lease, so there are notes in the system. The Finance Handbook doesn't state a specific period after termination, so it's discretionary.

I think they will refund the 350 fee if you lease again within a certain time period, I want to say it's at least 90 days.

Not sure what you're looking at but the order guide shows NC (no charge) for ZMP on 340i models. It is also a highlighted MY2017 change highlighted by Tim in the very first post in this thread.

Sorry, I was looking at the 340i GT. Didn't realize that was true only for the sedan and not 340i models in general.

Does anyone know with this new Venetian beige/black sensatec combo whether the lower dash is beige or black?

I believe it's beige, but I'm not certain. Hopefully someone can confirm.

I'm curious if the 330i has upgrades to ancillary equipment such as A/C, brakes, M/T, etc.

Standard Equipment now includes:
Matte Chrome Exterior Trim is now standard on all 330i/e and 328d models.
M Sport Package is now standard on the 6-cylinder 340i models including M Sport Suspension, M Sport Steering Wheel, Aerodynamic Kit, Shadowline Trim, and Increased Top Speed Limiter (not on xDrive models)

Msport is not included in 340?

BMW seems to be pretty hush hush that they have changed their maintenance program for the worse for MY 2017:

Actually, they have been very upfront about it, from what I can tell. Every dealer will tell you the maintenance is different (its one way they can get people to buy into 2016s). That being said, I think people are making a HUGE deal about something that is fairly minor, since maintenance is condition based anyway.

You potentially lose a break job, which I have not needed on any of my leases yet. Maybe I dont brake aggressively enough, often enough?

We're spoiled with free maintenance. I'd rather they cut the maintenance than the warranty anyway.

36/10 = 62% is what I just calculated from the BMW USA website today when I saw your question.

That means that 36/12 = 61%, 36/15 = 59%

I got a 330i for my wife from a dealer near my home. She wanted a manual transmission car. They told me that most of the people get a set of options and all the cars they had in the dealership came with those options. We had to order with any options we want and it will take us a couple of months to get the car, painful. Interestingly, they said that one can get a manual transmission on a 5 series, though the web site does not show that.

True about having to order if you want MT, and you just have to plan a little in advance. Your salesperson is ill informed about the 5.
