F22 / F23 2 Series (2014 - Current)
The 2 Series coupe is the replacement for the E82/E88 1 series coupe. Production starts in November 2013 on the 228i (N20) and M235i (N55) coupes. Look for them in dealerships in February 2014. The convertible F23 2 series will follow in the fall of 2014.

What price are people paying for the m240i?

Hi everyone,

Test drove an m235i and loved it. I'm trying to work out if a new m240i is a better option over the used m235i. I've only been to one dealership and had a quote for a new 240i in white, standard options without sunroof, 4 years free servicing for 66800 drive away.
Obviously I should go and ask other dealers as well, but has anyone have an idea if this can be bettered, if so would you mind sharing what you paid and who to deal with. That would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

It was my recent experience that for an ordered 240 that they have 5 percent to work with,so the best I could do was five percent off, don't know if they could have done better for a 2017 that was on the lot

I just negotiated the price of a 2018 M240i with 4 dealers. Price is $45,800, including all taxes (Virginia car sales tax is 4.15%), registration (~$100) and Virginia safety inspection ($16). Now, the only options are:
- metallic paint
- leather seats
- HK sound system
- manual tranny
- sunroof delete.

I am waiting for my 2017 to be delivered, but I negotiated a purchase price of $48,350 (before tax, title and license). I will be getting another $2,500 off that price though because my alma mater's alum association is part of the fleet program. I have the following upgrades:
-xDrive
-parking assist (only the backup cameras)
-HK sound system
-Kidney grills
-black metallic paint
-cold weather package

I'm not sure. This program is affiliated with the fleet program, but it's not the same thing apparently. Below is a link:
