drivetrain slack (rear thump) and subframe damage
any correlation between 3er's w/ (and have complained about) rear end thump on starts (drivetrain slack) and people who's haved the subframe failure?

I have minor thump from the rear when engaging 1st gear when stationary, but not when actually taking off. I didn't find any damage in the rear last time I had the car up on the lift..
