Hey Tuners... Question 4 U...
Looking into getting Conforti Shark Injector and cold air intake... But first...
The car is a 2000 328Ci Auto. and I live in CA Question 1. Anyone else done this to there car? Question 2. Will it actually be worth it with the Automatic? Question 3. Will it pass CA smog once istalled? Last question. Does anyone have the actually specs of a 328 with these things installed? Because all I see is graphs showing the 323. Looking for some help here... Thanks in advance !!! Pabs-

Conforti did some initial testing of his CAI & Shark on my 99 328i. On the dyno, I saw about +10-15hp at the top... and with the CAI, it sounds /much/ better at WOT
 . It should still pass smog as long as the intake has a CARB number on it...

The general concensus here seems to be that a CAI by itself does`nt do much (if anything), and may even degrade the performance of your car. Many threads are archived here, which elaborate on this....check `em out....
