A Special Thank You
I just wanted to extend a special thank you out to all the guys at Tunerworks. They put on one hell of an event and I wouldn't have missed it to save my life. Very well organized and as far as i could see everything went off without a hitch (minus the microfone feedback
 ) The trip up to the Nordic center was absolutely awesome (not to mention get my ass handed to me by a 645ci  ) I will post one hell of a kill story for that one. Anytime you can sustain 130mph for 15-20 miles in a group of 5 or so BMW's i think your doing good.  Secondly I also want to extend a EXTREMELY special thank you to these two crazy guys:  They went out of their way to make my family and I feel extremely welcome. I did not know these people before Bimmerfest, except for on the forums. 9x16 even lead us all the way back to our motel, completely out of his way. I am not doing the niceness of these Canadian people any justice, we were welcomed whole heartedly, no questions asked. That was the biggest high light for me. I have a ton of pictures (very high res too) that I will try to get resized and posted up when I get back home. Again thanks for everything, flawless event as far as im concerned!

 yeahYou know how we do... We are one big happy bimmer family Anytime you want to come back to Calgary let us know... our doors are always open unless we are out cruisin then you just gotta come find us... it should not be that hard... It was nice to meet you too... BTW, your car is freakin tight...

We didnt go out of our way,man.We were just being natural.Anyway im glad that you came and i want to thank YOU for coming and getting to know you better.Your family was really cool too!The BMW family,if i can say that.Awesome,man.I hope you coming next year too!!

phew....made it.
just got in like an hour ago or so, no problems at all. my parents and i literally cruised. we were doing probably an average of 80 to 90 mph. i love canadians, they know how to drive. the hospitality was above and beyond, thanks for making us americans feel so welcome. i will post pics (and video) in the morning!
