04 M3 vs. 02 Mustang GT???

I was wondering how my SMG M3 would hold up against a 2002 AUTOMATIC Mustang GT. My friend keeps bragging that his car will kill mine. His cars has no mods, the only mod done to my car is the k&n CAI. So how would a straight line race hold up, and how would a race from a roll start?

You will take him no prob assuming you know how to drive.

in fact, i would be him 100 bucks if I were you. How modded is his car? that could sway it in his favor. If he is stock, it wont even be close.

Auto's loose lots of power, so you should be able to take him easy.

Agreed...his Mustang, if truly stock, does not stand a chance. Don't shift early and don't forget to go S6.

he doesnt stand a chance, GT's dont even stand a chance to 540's .

If he wins, he is a better driver. The M3 should take the stock Mustand with no problems providing you know how to drive your car

I have a Supercharger on my 330 and Pull quite good on a Mustang, the pull is quite noticable. I lost to one only once, his was tuned and I assume he must have had 700+ Horses in that thing.
