Yes- they have been in business for at least 10 years- I assume they're reliable, although I've never bought from them myself.

Ive personally used them, after seeing they were very widely used on some of the Acura & Audi forums I have been on. It was a quick, and totally hastle free transaction, and I would definitely recommned them.
