15,000 mi service interval

I have a 2001 330ci with about 55,000 mi on it. I change the oil regularly on my own. What all do they do on these 15,000 mi service checks? I took it to the dealership for the 50k check (which happened be at the end of my last 15,000 mi stint). What will they do at the next one? Is it just to basically change the oil, or is there much more involved? Reason being is that I don't want to pay money for some 15,000 mi check when all it basically entails is changing the oil or replacing a bulb or two. This is stuff I can do myself and save money. Should I take it in at 65,000 mi, or just reset the computer myself after change the oil and all that?

All the services that are performed are listed in the Services/Warranty booklet which should be in your glove compartment portfolio.

You may want to shop around at independent shops for having services done now that you are out warranty. The prices at the dealership are pretty stiff when you compare to the effort that really goes into it.

Thanks for the info! Yeah, I'm not too thrilled about paying an arm and a leg to the local BMW dealership. I'll see if I can find anyone else.
