Missing option as advertised ?

Hi, my friend just purchased a '04 525i She found it on autotrader.

"http://autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=184409688&dealer_id=568026&car_year=2004&make=BMW&distance=25&lang=en&max_price=&model=525I&end_year=2004&min_price=&certified=&address=98033&search_type=both&advanced=&start_year=2004&isp=y&cardist=5"

We test drove it last weekend and she decided to take it home. As shown in autotrader, "Fold Down Rear Seat" is one of the listed options, but we just realized it's not. I went to the dealership's own website, and that option is not listed. I know it's our responsibility to have checked for that, but we consider this as a "nice to have" feature anyways. I'm assuming the salesppl. post their own ads on autotrader on behalf of their dealership. Any advise on what I can do, or demand, if anything. I know she probably signed something that will void that, but i thought i'd ask.

Also, when she purchase it, she asked if the iPod auxiliary was available for the e60, and the sales person said yes. On the invoice, they even added rubber mats, and ipod auxiliary. I thought it was only available for the 3, x, z's, and heard a lot of talks about the new 5's, but the dealer kept saying yes. We had that added on for 'free' too, but when i saw it, it's just the 'auxiliary input'!!!! I'm def going to ask them to add that on if it comes out and leave the auxiliary input too. Any more rumors on the ipod for e60's idrive? Thanks for the feedback

It doesn't matter what the salesperson says before the sale. Your friend bought it - deal is done.
