Rear end noises...pun intended
My 2001 330ci has started making bad noises when I go over moderate-sized bumps. It sounds kind of like a metal-on-metal cracking noise, almost like a bushing is shot?.?? Happens at high an low speeds, and high and low RPMs. The car was bought used and didn't make these noises when I got it. It has 69K miles and an auto trans. Brakes are good as I just replaced them (made the noise before that). Any ideas?? Thanks.
