SAT & IPOD

I currently have Sat Radio (2004 M3 w/NAV)and also wanted to get the IPOD hook-up but i was told i could have one or the other not both. The dealer said that there was only one hook up and that eventually they would be able do both. Any one have both with NAV or a way to have them both work.
