I had my headlamps stolen from 2005 BMW 545. Has anyone had something like an outside perimeter alarm for a 545 without involving the car wiring? Alarm dealers tell me that there are no alarms for 545 because they are too electronically complicated and sensitive. The factory alarm is very good would will not sense someone stealing haedlamps. Happened at night in my driveway and the alarm did not sound.
