HELP! Leasing a 2005 X5 3.0 - Best Leasing Deals

Hello ALl,

I am looking to purchase a 2005 X5 3.0 for my wife. I visited the dealership today in Richmond, VA and the salesperson presented me the option of leasing the vehicle due to the special lease rate that BMW has on the X4 for this month. First of all, I have never leased a vehicle before. The vehicle MSRP is around $49,770. Here are some questions I need answered.

1. Is leasing a good way to go considering the low money factor rate that BMW is offering on the X5 this month?
2. If the MSRP on the vehicle is 49,770 what is a good monthly payment if the cash at closing is the first month payment + the security deposit?
3. If the MSRP on the vehicle is 49,770 what is a good monthly payment if the cash at closing is $5000 which includes a down payment + first month payment + the security deposit?

Can folks please post their leasing deals so I can decide whether the dealership in Virginia is giving me a good deal.

I am looking to take possession on a new 2005 BMW X5 3.0 by next weekend (August 20).
