Mein Auto: 1999 328i E46
Help Engine light code 12 and 92

I recently bought a 1999 328i E46, I keep getting engine light on and off, and Im tired of this, so I purchased peakeresearch decoder tool, and i found that there are 2 codes, from table 15, 12 and 92. 12 is Camshaft sensor, exhaust sensor. and 92 is for EVAP capillary leak (.5mm)detected. Can anyone please give me some advise, I like to try and repair this myself.

I can reset the light but they keep coming back. Ofcourse there is a problem.

I need to buy me the repair manual too, if anyone knows of where i can get one for a decent price. Please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what on earth are Peake tables and codes.

The only codes I know are the standard ones from SAE J1979.

looks like we have a large amount of these similiar codes on this site .

PEAKE is a practical diag tool for your BMW, it helps you to keep from getting ripped off by the stealer , in my opinion.

i'll keeep you posted on my findings. IT sure sounds like BMW techs can't even fix this problem
