325i Window out of place

Fellow bimmerheads, I have a 94 325i and a major concern. My passenger side front window rolls up and down just fine. The problem is that when i roll it up, the top of the window goes outward (away from the door track) instead of straight into the track. The rubber seals that go around the window and appear to be what holds it into place have folded inward due to age i guess so the window has nothing to guide it in so in order for it to seal right i have to hold the window in with one hand and hit the button with the other(kind of embarassing). My other 3 window seals are doing that too but they still hold the windows in place (at least for now).

I went to the "stealership" and they told me the rubber seal would cost about $42 and to install them would be around $200( FOR ONE WINDOW)! I wasnt feeling the sound of that at all. I was wondering if any of you might have had this problem and if you'd be able to suggest a different method of getting this corrected without the dealership. If its an easy DIY i'd do it myself. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks alot guys

The interior door panel has to be removed and the plastic sheet removed. Then there is a special adjustment point and bolt that regulates the distance that the top of the window is away from the seal when fully raised. I cannot tell from your picture the problem. I currently have my door completely apart to fix the regulator. I have the factory CD ROM repair manual. My motor failed and I barely use the window. Sound like the adjust is off in your car. I wish I could be there to help.
