Rolf is getting me in August

He is picking us up in September Just got the email a couple of days ago.

Rolf was easy to spot with his Bimmerfest t-shirt and his push scooter.

And if you ask real nice, he'll show you what a 7-series diesel can do on the A9.

I tried to book him for Sept. 8th but, I guess I'm too late or he doesn't work on Saturdays.
Does anyone know of a similar car service?

Rolf was great!

He picked us up last Monday evening (6/18) & took us to our hotel. He came in & gave us suggested places for the evening & told us the best way to get around (on the Ubahn).

The next morning he picked us up & took us to the delivery center. He came in & had breakfast with us (he gets to eat for free!). He then suggested a more scenic route to Florence. He also gave us directions to the nearest BMW dealer to buy stuff and to an "ADAC" store across the street (to get the Austrian vignette and maps).

Two thumbs up!

Rolf picked us up at MUC on a Sunday. Maybe he will be away on holiday on that day.

He must have a prior engagement then. He did say that he would keep our info and if something changed to where he could pick us up he would be in touch. Seems like a very nice fellow.

I presume that the 35 Euros charge is per ride (for myself, wife and son) and not per person?

It's per ride, but I think the amount has changed. We paid 45E.

He charges different amounts depending on how far he has to drive (i.e. where he takes you: hotel, delivery center etc.) In my case it was 50 Euros. He picked is up on Tue, was easy to find and pleasant. He does have a lot of info for you, with a good accent and he talks fast, so be prepared.
He's picking us up tomorrow (Fri) at 7:15, to take us and the luggage to the ED center, where he will have breakfast with us (If he brings a customer, he gets free breakfast too) and will give more travel tips etc. He's great.

Picked us up from the airport (with the now requisite baggage cart for us and Razr scooter for the kid), then again when we left from Harms to the airport. He had a BMW puzzle (of an E46 car) for my son, which made our flight back home a lot easier.

Plus he let us know the do's and don'ts of the day, the roads to avoid, the things not to miss etc. Amiable and informed, a real gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.

I absolutely have no idea why someone would pay more and get less for a cab ride...

Rolf is the way to go, period.

Since Rolf was unavailable I got Mrs. Sigrid Aniol to pick us up. I hope her level of service is close to Rolf's. (Fingers crossed) I searched for her on here and only found a few reviews but, they were good.

What is her rate (compared to Rolf)? Do you have her contact info? In general, what are other options if Rolf is not avialable? I'm hoping he's available, but I haven't heard back from him yet.

Rolf had previously posted that he was no longer referring Festers to Sigrid. I don´t recall the reason but I believe part of it had to do with pricing.

Rolf has a colleague, Peter, whom he taps when he is busy. Peter is great too.

Depending on where your hotel is and how much luggage you have, S-bahn could be a valid option if Rolf or Peter are not avaialble.

There is no easy way to get to the EDC from the MUC via S-bahn. You would have to take S-bahn to Marienplatz, then take U-bahn to Freimann... Or S-bahn, bus, U-bahn... Anyway, it's not worth it.

I would do taxi from MUC to EDC IF Rolf/Peter are not available (25 - 30 min. ride w/out traffic).

We had Sigrid picked us up last April... she's a lovely lady who can certainly drive fast...

she can show you what a 7-series diesel can do on A9 also...

she charges the same as Rolf does...

Can anyone please confirm that I have correct and current phone numbers for Rolf?

I have tried both and since I don't understand German, I can't confirm that they are good numbers.

I'm trying to confirm with Rolf, after his initial email response indicating that he'd be following up soon. I leave next Saturday (for an 8/14 delivery), so I'd like to get this confirmed.
