Question Help?? Front end "creaking" 328is

Alright here's the down-low

Been doing my own car work for years, first time owning a bimmer as of August this year.

Since buying the 98 328is, with roughly 90k on it.. I've replaced Front Control arms (meyle replacements w/ beefier ball joints), Control arm bushings (urathane w/ offset, courtesy of bavauto), Tie Rods, Struts, and Upper Strut mounts, (still stock springs)

Here are my issue(s) possibly related?? #1. I can't figure out how to TORQUE the strut mount onto the strut, it is recessed inside, and the strut I bought has an external hex, so somehow I'd have to get that held while torquing the other, but I can't since it is all about 1.5-2" below the top of that strut mount.

Now during slow turns, I can hear/feel what i can only describe as a "creak" in the driver's side, I am not sure if I perhaps have the strut too tight? or not tight enough?? previously I could hear it rattle/clang when I first assembled it and test drove it, I knew it wasn't on tight enough, so I tightened it more (Air Impact is the only way I could seem to get to it). now (and before) it creaks at low speeds, basicly seems to creak anytime the shock tries to rotate (which it does during turning I believe). At first I thought it was just the springs trying to settle in, but now almost 500-1000 miles after that adventure it continues to. I had one suggestion of possibly the delrin inserts in the Control arm bushings causing the creak as the arm tried to rotate inside, but I greased those and continue to have this 'creak'. The bearings in the strut mounts are packed w/ grease, and it is JUST the driver's side, not both, so I'm confused, and looking for suggestings... Please?

Thank you in advance for any help!!!
