Extended Maintenance plan if car totalled

I took ED for my e90 325i. Drove it in Europe for a week and added 1897 miles. Car got shipped to US and I had an accident within 10 days of delivery. I am not sure if the car is totalled or not at this point. In the case that the car is totalled, can I get my money back for the extended maintenance plan, or can it be transferred to a new vehicle?

Sorry to hear about your pain. Hope no one was hurt.

You should read your contract and see if it has a clause which talks about this.

In case there is an issue, you should definitely work with BMWUSA customer service folks.
If you are getting a new car, then they should definitely transfer it over.

Is this the same am_ver whose car was keyless upon arrival? What happened to the car now?
