Alarm Problems (flashing Lights)

Hey there all. I am totally confused with my 2001 325Ci. I took it into the dealer to have them set up to make the lights flash when I locked/unlocked my car. They did, and about a week later, the car went into "self-destuct mode" (not literally, joking) anyway, everything started to malfunction, the radio, gauges, lights, locks, steering wheel controls, ect.! I took it into the dealer again, and they said it could be because we "tricked" the vehicle into thinking that it had an alarm, what we can do is reset the computer, and go in under car and key and set the lights to flash that way, but the clown nose wont blink anymore, I said ok, and they did that. The clown nose still blinked and the car was good for 2 days, now today, again, its not working right. Its so weird, the turn signals will flash from the outside of the car, but no clicking or flashing from the inside of the car, if I turn the fog lights on, they will come on, but the indicator light on the dash wont. If I turn my highbeams on the indicator light wont come on, the steering wheel controls for the radio wont work either, the the other side, where the cruise is, does work. This is crazy! The car had no problems before they programmed it! Any ideas anyone! PLEASE HELP!!
