I have had the dealer flush my brake fluid with Motul 600 RBF. They KNOW I track the car. I took it in for an alignment and gave the tech the specs I wanted, he siad, "Oh, a track alignment" and then did it. People have had the dealer not provide new pads after eating a set in 5 - 10K miles. They gave them the first set then said no more, but serious track people don't run OEM pads anyway. My dealer offered to INSTALL adjustable lower rear control arms on my car since they couldn't get the rear negative camber to the maximum spec. One guy had his brake system warranty voided for running ATE Super Blue, but realize that Super Blue is NOT DOT approved, so he was running a non-street legal brake fluid. ANd that was PIA dealer. Yes, Mitsubishi and a couple of other companies were voiding warranties over autocross and track use, but not BMW>

Last dealer alignment awas maximum negative camber (with the pins pulled) front and rear, minimum toe in in the front and about 1 degree toe in in the rear. This was within reasonably close to BMW ranges, but the edgess of teh ranges.
Now I run 2.7 degrees negative camber front, 0 toe in the front, 1/16 - 3/32" toe inin the rear, max nagative camber in the rear (about 1 degree is all I can get without adjustable low control arms). This is a street/track/autocross compromise. For more track and autoX I would run qabout 1/16" toe out in the front. And more negative camber. All this is PRE-TC Kline suspension. That will give me more negative camber int h rear for track/autocorss and also convert the 0 toe to toe out, when the camber is reset for the track.

Holly molly!! You guys are putting a lot of miles on your M's, as it should be.
Unfortunately, I only live 1.5 miles from work so I now have 4,600 miles on it and took delivery 15 March 04.
