Remote Keyless Entry
Anybody know how to program a remote on a 96 Z3? When I bought the car it didn't come with a spare remote. I recently came across a used remote and the programming instructions don't seem to work.
They where, if it helps, have all doors closed, open the trunk and leave it open, get in the drivers seat and close the drivers door, turn the ingnition from off to position two 5 times. Then you should hear the alarm chirp and press and button on the remote. Get out of the car, leave the driver door open and close the trunk.
