I purchased several sets of Bridgestones over several decades and loved the tires, but the last set were Run Flats, generation2 (for my current '08 e92) and ALL 4 developed blisters on the sidewalls.
Obviously a design defect but the local seller and the national rep both said 'Sorry, Not Our Problem as they're out of warranty". (Only a few months!)

If Bridgestone won't stand behind them, I sure won't get any more. I'd suggest the Michelins (or Yokohoma)

+1 on the yokohama's, they are very good tires.
