05 530 brake squeal
My 05 530 has 5k on it and when i slow down the brakes squeal really loud. It sounds like a damn taxi cab. They put degreaser on it so they said and it did nothing. Anybody else have this problem. Its embarassing to even slow down at a stop light.

It's most likely caused by glazing of the brakes, typically caused by not-aggressive-enough braking. Get on the highway in the right lane with nobody behind you, and at 60 MPH brake--hard--to get down to 30 MPH, and repeat a few times. This will burn the glazing off your brakes, but it may return after a while if you're not an aggressive braker!
