angel eyes wiring

I've been told to wire my new angel eyes into my 1999 Dinan 528i Sport to the side lamps, the fog lamps and now to any auxiliary 12V source. I want to run the eyes without any other lamps on for day light .What's anyone's advice on this?
And if you direct me, where can I find the wire schmatic, location, etc?

Second question, with my new eyes on, how do I eliminate/cut off the (highbeam) running lights without disconnecting them for high beam functiuon when needed?
