God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993. |

Battery light info
Took out my cluster last night to paint the needles and install my white gauge faces. This morning started the car,let it get warm and proceeded to work went in the store to get some coffee and I came out and my car was off.Wouldn't start (turn over) called a pal got a jump and my headlights were very dim
 . My cluster is still in pieces because I only had a limited time to spend with it,but I realized the stupid battery bulb is part of the charging circiut  . This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen so I had to drive to work with no heat,no lights and worst of all no sounds!!! I'll make it a priority to put this thing back together as soon as I get home. (pics soon)

Weird...
That is a lame design ,, I agree.

Yeah, I found out the hard way on that one....
 A $96 mistake At least the car has a new alternator

Got it home put the cluster bak together and bought a new battery since it hadn't been replaced since '98,and she is happy. So am I with the way the cluster turned out I will have some pics on Friday.
