Talking Tomorrow is my big dayÖ.

At 11:00am tomorrow I pick up my new M5, after ordering A fully loaded 550I I came across an M5 at a different dealer earlier this week and bought the one they had on the showroom floor, I obviously had to cancel my 550I order to the disappointment of my other sales guy, but I think I made the right decision.

Did any of you guys get any freebees when you pick up your car, like a jacket or hat etc? And also did you get to attend the BMW Driving School in South Carolina with your purchase? A friend of mine got it with his last M5 purchase.

Watertown is such a small dealership....I'm surprised they had one. Good find!

Watertown is where I bought my car. Who was your salesguy?

They are small, but they take good care of their customers. And I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

Ridgefield sucks. Salespeople are non-helpful, not all that friendly, stuck on themselves, and never return phone calls.

Greenwich is the other dealership I would do business with.

Bottom line though.. Congrats on your car! Pictures please.

I have to say I am surprised. I strayed away from BMW of Watertown because of their size. It goes to show never assume anything!

Ric Nanni was my sales guy, all in all it was a great experience, I liked them so much I ended up leasing a 325xi today for my director of Operations and yes he was was a happy guy, so was my salesman come to think of it.

I have to say I really love the M5; I put on almost 200 miles today. The SMG does take a little time and practice to get smooth, but so far I like it. Now I leave the M5 for almost a week, it will really give me something to look forward to when I get back.

No problem. I'll come and babysit it for you for free. I'll even take it out and drive it a little to exercise it. You dont want it to sit there, right? Let me know

This thread made me homesick I grew up in Ridgefield, been in FL since 81 and would move back to CT in a second if the wife would ever agree.
