Mein Auto: 1995 BMW 525i
Unhappy Reason for Bleeding Procedure

Well, my 95 525i has a new radiator, thermostat, both aux fan and fan clutch. resistors for fan, water pimp, hoses, and BMW coolant. My problem is after driving about 30 min., my coolant level warning goes on. I also have steam comming out of my exhaust. I'm thinking head gasket or air in cooling system. No "cheese" was foung on caps or in the oil, just steam out of the exhaust. The car does not overheat at all, it actually runs great. But , I'm still loosing coolant. Any ideas would be great. I just spent a bunch of cash for the cooling system. I'm just trying to avoid to spend more on a head gasket replacement. Conclusively if that what it comes down to, I will.

WOW !! Great forum!! I'm usally an air cooled car guy. This is my first stint with water cooled cars, Whew! alot of work I guess.

Thanks again Guys!!
