reverse lights wont work - Bimmerfest

my reverse lights wont work ive checked the fuse but its good ive checked the bulb but theu are good dont know what else 2 do next stop the dealer can anyone help thanks 91 525i.....

I'd try new sockets for the bulb, you know the thing they sit in. I've heard numerious times about those going out on cars. And if their fine they shouldnt cost much to replace. After that I'd say your taillight assembly needs replacing, but thats gonna cost you if you want to keep the stock ones, if you didn't care how they looked, then you could find some euro's for like halfoff.

also check the sensor on the side of the tranny could be loose there.
