Easy Access Driver's Seat?

When exiting a 2006 750i the steering wheel and driver's side bolsters currently move. Should the entire seat move back to allow for easy exiting from the vehicle.

Also, should the iDrive menu screen fill the entire screen, or should the portion to the right always remain available for split screen options?

Thanks,

Admin1
