Xenons vs Standard headlights
I am ordering a 2006 M3 and have a question regarding the xenon headlight option. How do they compare to the standard headlights? Are they worth the $500.

Yes, they are indeed awesome. I got my car with Xenons already on them. Figured what the heck, though I didn't think I would notice a difference. The first time I turned my headlights on at night, I just said "Wow."

A must have option. One of the few options that will cost you more to do on your own later than it costs to get it done right from the factory.

Get the Xenon headlights. They are much brighter and illuminate the side of the road, which is very helpful.
