I thought that both questions were answered. I am just stating facts. Did you not buy your car with its options exactly how you wanted it? I actually want a 2007 M3 but did not want to wait. I will deploy again next year and want to play now. Your not a Brit are you? Pompous is not a generally accepted American term. I like jackass. That sounds like me.
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting. George Orwell |

These mods will do more for the car's performance than the ZCP which is more appearance package than anything else. The front wheels are the same width, ie too narrow. The larger rotors won't help you stop better as braking force is limited by tire traction. |

I have 19's with factory tires. I like Dinan's reputation but their rims are not that great looking. The BBS have the same concept of closing the gap of the staggered tires. 19x9.5F and 19x10R. I have seen some really cheap tires that have serious grip. They are very light, two piece forged rims. I see many people with fat lip, deep dish, chrome, etc. I just want to be different.
The brakes are a different story. I have had my brakes on my 330ci replaced twice in the front and once in the rear with only 17000 on the odometer. They are factory pads. I drive the crap out of my car or my wife keps the brake pedal prssed all the time. I want to give the M3 a fighting chance. I also am thinkiing about a koni suspension. I like Dinan for that idea. I wont toast my warranty if breakage starts to take place. I thank both of you for the advice. |
