I didnt see it as an option on the BMWUSA website, was curious if in fact it could be released soon ?

You're right. MZ4 coupe and roadster only comes in 6-speed manual. No SMG on either.

With my 6 speed I would some times push in the clutch (for example, in a parking lot) and rev the motor a couple times, can you do that with an SMG?

If you put it in neutral, but you can't rev past about 6K RPM while in neutral on a M3.

It was called SSG in Europe before they brought it over here. I forget what it stood for, but I have some older magazines at home that say.
