SS exhaust sound question
I currently have Eisenamann race on my 2005 SLK350. While I think the sound is really amazing, I find it a little too noisy for daily drive. Given that the exhaust sound being noisier in my car (a 2-seater) than coupes, will I be facing the same issue if I installed SS light-weight race exhaust on 2006 M3 which I am getting in May.
my issue is: I really don't mind the growl/yell at take-off but when going at 60-80mph at about 3k rpm, the constant "Grrrr" really anoys me (can hardly listen to music). I actually want the sound somewhat noticeable at take-off but be quieter in mid ranges Is SS race exhaust quieter than eisenmann race? I want something that would fall between Eisenmann sport and race. ANY SUGGESTIONS? -->noticeable sound, quiet at mid-range so I can listen to music without deafing my ear thanks

then keep it stock....SS is just as growly....they are all growly...there is not such thing as a mid range..unless you change the front pipes as well, www.klangford.com
