Oil filter
I just went from an Audi, that oil filters where a very important to use the best.
Is it the same for our e46 M3's? What is the best filter to use in our cars without buying from the dealer.

Let's see... you bought a $50-60K car and you want to SAVE on an oil filter?
Right. Well - Mann makes good ones, but you'll find that the ones BMW sells (complete with all the needed seals and crush washers) cost about the same as aftermarket once you ask for a BMW-CCA discount from the parts department. What's the BMW-CCA - see my sig.
