update the Control Display
is it possible to update the Control Display software of 730Li 2003 to 730Li 2006 "even if the 2003 dos'nt contain the "menu" botton?!

The BMW software from the factory updates the system according to how they are configured. In other words they seem to have been able to update each module no matter the year of the car to the level appropriate for that module. So the answer is yes for BMW software internal software.
If you are asking can you use new Navigation CD or DVD the answer is yes the newest updated version may be used.
