Most of the time this happens when the ABS relay(the silver one on top of the ABS computer) blows its fusible link. Now you can either buy a new relay, or if your cheap and technical like me, take it apart and fix it.
 Bend the tabs of the relay case and remove the cover, the side that the paper insulator is on is where you will find the broken wire, it is right on the base of teh relay in plain view. Take a copper strand out of a peice of 18 gauge wire and solder it in. Take care to ensure you do not bridge any other part of the relay, there was enogh solder on mine I just put the wire on and gave it heat.

Well, my ABS light comes on periodically. It's never on when I start the car, but sometimes it'll turn on after maybe 10 minutes of driving. Does that sound like the relay?
