I ordered my 325i yesterday at $500 over the invoice price. Which appears to be pretty average for deals. One dealer said $750 over and one beat that offer at $500. But watch out for the extra fees. I wound up paying a $200 Maco fee and a $180 training fee, whatever the heck those are.

if you can drive to santa maria, about 200 miles N 101 from LA. I can hook you up with a friend who works at the dealer here, he will give you $500 over invoice flat, no maco or other fees. just add up all options at invoice price and give him 500 bucks.
