Agree with your sentiment, but just thought I'd point out that June 21st is the official first day of summer (also known as summer solstice I believe), therefore we are only about a week into summer

People already pay a premium for every BMW model. Why will the coupe be any different?

Ok, so I know that summer is not officially half-way through, but at least in America, summer officialy starts with the Memorial Day weekend, even if the solstice is was a week ago.

Secondly, yes, I know it's June 30, but July 1 is a saturday, so June 30 was "the end of June" as far as business days were concerned. July 3 will be 3 days into July, and therefore 72 hours past the end of June.

Third, It's not a matter of being off by a couple of grand. It's a matter of winning some arguments against people on this board

As the owner of one of the first E90's built, I say baloney. Zero problems here. Many of the systems are carried over from the 5 and 7 series. The pain has already been delivered.

I already made the phone call to BMW NA @ NJ... even though I work at a dealer, they refuse to give me the info!

Some Client Advisor is going to make a ton of money off of you. You'll probably volunteer to pay over MSRP if the salesmen will let you inside the dealership early the first day the car can be ordered.

16k on the odo not a single problem. This is a well conceived vehicle. The only problem you can introduce would be between the steering wheel and the seat.
