Another one - Is this a good deal?

Found a 2006 325i with following options:

Sparkling Graphite Metallic
Aluminum Trim
Steptronic
Premium
Sport
i-Drive/Nav
Xenons
Comfort

The car has 325 miles and is considered used as it has been titled. Supposedly financing fell through with the first owner. Price is $36,000/firm.

Seems decent but not great. What do you think? Would love to do ED but can't fit it in my work schedule this year.

No. It has been titled. It is used. it is not a CPO. You get no CCA rebate and you cannot buy any extended warranties since you are no the original owner.

Oh, and the price sucks too. Go get a new one.

So what would be a reasonable price/offer for this car? It is basically brand new, and with its options, it's roughly $1700 under invoice and $5000 under MSRP of a new one with the same options. I understand it's considered a used car and doesn't come as a BMW CPO.

$36k is a good price if it has all the equipment you listed. I show an MSRP of $41,145.00.

I would just be very leary. Financing does not fall through. If there was a chance of that they would not let you drive the car off the lot.

Will they provide a letter stating the car has not been wrecked, or subject to a lemon law issue?

Also, check the build date on the driver's door jamb. This will tell you how long the car has been sitting around.
