If you want more low end speed then the best upgrade is a new differential...when I went from 2.93 non lsd to 3.23 lsd it felt like I got a new car...great upgrade.

They cost about $300-350 in good used working order for a 3.23:1. There are places where you can buy rebuilt differentials for these cars (they're typically oriented to the racing market), but they're crazy expensive (thousands), so it doesn't make sense for a street car.

Installation will be another couple hundred.

if I wouldn't get an airbag light, I'd totally buy a steering wheel like that.

^I nominate you for number one Bimmerfest member who needs a new camera.

The M3 is looking good, though.

I want to like the ACS's but I can't. Type I's or GTFO.

I hear that. In the next couple months I'll probably pick up an SLR and show you guys what my car actually looks like. Not this iPhone crap.

Thanks, it's still running like the day I bought it. Couldn't be happier.

Type III or GTFO. These are the only type that I actually like. Could be a completely biased opinion but I like them.

Any other mods besides the NOS?

Car doesn't look bad but the headlights aren't making me smile.

cold air intake
m spec shocks and front and rear sway bars
nos
stabilizer bar
want to turbo it and get an exhaust but can't seem to find the cash if you know what I mean
only had the car for a year so with the mileage on it I've done more repairs than mods like a new clutch last month, control arms, and now my trailing arm bracket. but there will be more eventually.

I have angel eyes too, but the part I don't like is how the corner light is attached to the whole assembly. Plus it looks like some chrome is thrown into the mix, and I am not a fan of chrome on just about anything.

Haha, no it usually is the ebay ones that are like that. If you like it then that's all that really matters.

My suggestions:
Front plate delete
HLM(search for it)
OEM wheels
M moldings

and of course more low.

wanted the front plate delete cause I think it makes it look so much better but it's illegal in MA

It's illegal in CA too. $25 ticket(from what I'm told) so I just take the risk. I keep it in the trunk in case that would help me out. I've never had a problem without a front plate.

If I drove with "stuff" in my car then I would make sure I had it, but everything is completely legal so the worst case scenario is $25.
