ken your car is fresh bro, I wish I had a set of style 19's or style 5's

I have 2 new sets of wheels, and I put my style 93's up for sale, and I might put my style 32's up for sale

thanks man. I've been digging style 42's ever since Brad painted up a set and put them on his M sedan, they're BBS LMs only... cheaper, and they have enough lip to not look too boring.

Hmmmmmmm I wonder if i can find a set of faces. though my barrels have been beat up pretty bad in the past year, i'd probably be better off buying a set of complete wheels.

Probably gonna go the Maaco route with my E36 project car come spring. $1k for their dual stage paint. Gonna pull all of the trim off, do as much prep work as I can, and pray that it comes out decent.

Cj it should come out good depending on their painter and doing your own prep will save money and ease your mind a bit see what their rating its because some are terrible and some are really good like mine were a certified shop not all are

Yeah, I'm definitely gonna scope out a few Macco joints beforehand to see any examples of their two-stage job. I got a quick peek of one by home, and it looked pretty good.

Virtually no body work needed. One surface rust spot on the rear quarter panel is about it. It has been repainted in the past, and paint chipping is what caused the surface rust spot. I'm not sure whether I should sand it down to bare metal, because I don't trust the paint underneath a whole lot. The problem is that sanding it down to bare metal would be a ton of work.

It will likely be painted Mauritius Blue.
