Fixing the twisting seat problem when making adjustments to the seat?

I have a 2003 BMW 530i and when I adjust the electrical seats on both the driver side and passenger side it begins to twist. I do not know what to do and how to correct the problem. Does anyone know what the fix is other than to purchase a whole new seat (which I do not want to do)?
