Salvage title..should i buy this E39

AT 10,200 and salvage title ...u think i should get it or stay away from a flood salvage title he said the salvage history is due to water damage. It was in a about a foot of water. So what u guys think?

Hmmmm..
Too bad you can't really check it out before you buy.
It may smell kinda funky inside......forever! It does look like a sweet car though.
