It's in Santa Barbara on Calle Real.

There will be. Just keep looking back in this forum for information. Last year everyone staged in Huntington Beach and drove up to and staged again in the San Fernando Valley. Seemed to be about 100 BMWs!

I booked my room at the Ramada today. I am going by myself though. Which is kind of a good thing considering I need a break from my spouse right now Plus, I want to be able to drink at the Bimmer FIESTA and not hear "Another Margarita??"

I am planning on connecting with Keith and the Bay Area group here in Gilroy to drive down to the fest! I was hoping to meet some cool people before I get down there. I own a winery here in town, so I'll be brining some wine and champagne with me for partying purposes So who's going?

So much to do before the fest! I have to get my windows tinted on my new E93 convertible after it arrives sometime mid-March. I am not going too dark though..

Already have my Ipod playlist ready for the drive down!

I'm at the Ramada too this year, tho will not likely do the caravan down from the Bay - a little early for me to head down there. I will most likely be at the evening dinner at the Elephant Bar.

Same here! An expensive little fiesta I guess! Hopefully it will be worth it! I'm sure it will.

Don't count on the room being worth $159... they are not great... but its the event and company that make it fun

There is a pool and hot tub. I sat out by the pool last year - I hope its warmer this year

Friday afternoon there will be lots of car washing/people watching going on in the parking lot. Dinner out, party back at the hotel afterward. You'll be hard pressed not to find someone to talk to/party with Friday night.

Saturday is the the 'Fest. Last year I spent almost all day at the fairgrounds. Can't remember what I did Saturday night

Also, the Friday night before the event, there's usually a pre-bimmerfest/informal meet @ the In-N-Out across the street from the Ramada. And yeah, i'm sure there will be plenty of people @ the hotel celebrating 'Cuatro de Mayo' .

Also, you can still checkout downtown State Street @ night...there's actually a +18 bar/club (zelo.net)
