I used 3 "comp" days for a 5-day weekend trip to LA recently. I earned them for outstanding useage of the DS-3 reading and posting to Bimmerfest.com

2 weeks Sickleave each year (10 days)
3 weeks paid holidays off each year (15 days)
Unlimited Personal Business time off
Unlimited Non-Industrial time off (For appointments regarding dental, medical)
