E60 M5 Dealer Repair Shop Fatigue

Let me start off with saying how much I love my 5, at just over 6K miles it keeps on getting better but.....I've had it in the dealership twice (3+ days each time) over the past 6months for computer problems, both resulting in the major re-instiallation of software and the second repair including the replacement of the communication computer. I don't expect sympathy, however, would like to know if other E60 owners have run into these types of problems?

The only "problems" I had so far after the first 7K miles were the two recalls (rear shock absorbers and steering angle sensor). I didn't notice any defects on those two issues either but since it's a recall, I had it performed (you never know.. ). Other than that, everything perfect....

Take a look here -> http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/index.php

There are many more active e60 owners there (M5). You will get a better idea if you're the only one who is experiencing this.
