For crying out loud, -17 Celsius on the OBC!
Yikes. Leaving the house this morning at about 7:45 ET, the OBC showed -17.0 Celsius. That's 1 Fahrenheit.
 The windchill was -28 Celsius, -18 Fahrenheit.

Hey, in Canada we've just put on a long sleeve shirt at -20° C and closed our swimming pools. Birds are starting to fly in formation in preparation of heading South....
What is this talk of snow tires?  As for our cold air, its part of the Free Trade Agreement, it comes as part of our Oil & Electricity package. The more oil you buy in the USA, the more cold we ship you, kind of a nice arrangement Eh? And by the way, Tim Hortons donuts ARE better than Krispy Kreme.
